Browned Buttered Noodles

1Cook noodles according to package.

2Melt butter in small pan, stirring until it begins to foam and turn brown. (watch closely – will burn fast)

3Place drained noodles in serving dish, pour browned butter over and toss.

4Salt and Pepper to taste
