1Boil potatoes until done, drain and place in mixing bowl.

2Add milk and butter.

3Mash potatoes to desired consistency while mixing in milk and butter.

4Blend in blue cheese, bacon bits and chives.

5Season with salt and pepper.

0.75 cup(s) cups Milk

0.25 cup(s) Butter

2 T Crumbled Blue Cheese

2 T Bacon Bits

2 T Chives, fresh/chopped

1 ounce(s) Salt & Pepper to taste
