Cheesy Corn

1Allow corn to thaw, drain off all liquid.

2Melt butter in sauté pan. Add corn.

3Add salt, pepper and dash of hot sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Add cheese and stir until nice and melted. Remove from heat.

5Sprinkle with Colby Jack Cheese, if desired.

6Serve immediately.

2 tablespoon(s) Butter

1 teaspoon(s) Salt & Pepper to taste

1 Dash Hot Sauce

1 cup(s) Cheddar Cheese, mild/shredded

0.13 cup(s) cup Colby Jack Cheese, shredded (optional)
